I raised s baby squirrel my Dad rescued from this tree when he was cutting timber for a living. I had Skipper for several months until he wanted to meet a girl ..then I let him loose in our woods..he would come back to me for a while..then he would go back into his trees. I think he was a happy and loving guy..a very fond memory. Allegedly Ostritch Shirt. This is precious and heartwarming…What a great guy and his cat to nurture and care for this darling squirrel. If this tiny animal didn’t love and trust his human. He would be gone. They seem to have found harmony living as a family…Keep up the great living!! remember the mad squirrels in New York and the psycho bird that kept stealing the food I was trying to feed them. I think may be better for squirrels to be kept as pets in many cases, this one of course. Especially facing many dangers are the city squirrels, and wild drivers, getting run over.
