So sad so many factory chickens and pigs drowned. Now we all have to work hard to end canned farming- animals that never see sunshine- this kind of torture should be outlawed - have one in my former town- how can someone live with themselves and do this? I have read other stories where factory farm owners are taking the pigs back. I pray that cannot happen with any of them like Flo that end in the sanctuary! So sad to think of where (& why) he came from... but so Amazing he ended up right where he needed to be! Josh Walls sounds like an awesome young man & should be commended for his huge heart, quick thinking & loving actions which saved this Beautiful Boy’s life! and Thank You Ziggy’s Refuge Animal Sanctuary for all that you do! I had a neighbour who "forgot" his cow in my front yard because he was drunk. We purchased it for the same rate the butcher would have paid and ended up with an or pet cow for a few years. Nobody ate our lawn ornament.
